HB understood the concept of my Medical English blended learning website from the outset. Prompt initial contact, commencement of project within one week, and first iteration delivered in a reasonable three months. While they stress the preference for outlined task lists at the start of each cycle, they understand and are responsive to the need to be flexible and respond to the needs of the site in light of customer behavior, competition, and creative ideas. Contact is seamless and simple and in real time. There is stability in assignment of a project manager which us HUGE for developing teamwork. They refer to my platform as "our website", showing their own investment in the BPME property. Teamwork is good. I am soundly content.
