After implementing the fixes, the improvement in user experience was immediately noticeable. Customers could finally navigate the store smoothly without frustration, and the mobile menu worked as expected across all devices. The simplified collapsible menu on mobile made browsing effortless.

we began receiving complaints from customers who were struggling to browse the website. The menu, which was supposed to streamline navigation, instead became a major point of frustration.
On mobile, we replaced the problematic hover-based menu with a simpler collapsible version that was more stable and user-friendly. Extensive testing was conducted across different devices and browsers to ensure a consistent experience.

After implementing these fixes, the website’s navigation improved dramatically. Customers could easily browse categories without glitches, and the mobile experience became smoother, preventing crashes and performance slowdowns

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The service for this project has been exceptional. As a client of IT-Geeks for multiple projects, I have consistently experienced outstanding responsiveness and support throughout the entire process.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Sometimes, moving too quickly can result in minor bugs when handing over the implementation in the staging environment. However, this has never been a problem, as we have always managed to resolve these issues.

IT Geeks was professional and efficient.

We have nothing but greats things to say about IT Geeks. We were hesitant to hire an IT firm we have never worked with but our concerns were put at ease immediately. We were given a project manager (Andy!) who worked in a consistent manner that we had trouble keeping up! They were patient and understanding of each of our edits and desires with the new website.

We are already speaking with them for further marketing moving forward.

Superior design quality and good communication.

Website turned out beautifully. They worked with my budget and still over-delivered. Eva was great to work with, and the overall quality sets a high bar. The design and layout makes it look like my company is already a big success - it's inspiring. Very pleased!

They made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it for my theme, and Eva displayed great patience with my nitpicking and lack of web-design knowledge.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Some questions went unanswered, and some requests for changes/adjustments went completely overlooked, so I took on doing some work myself. (Not an issue.)

ITGeeks did a great job in handling the technical and design processes for our site migration..

We are a small beekeeping business with a brick and mortar location as well as an online ecommerce presence. that needed to update our website. When we chose Shopify as our new platform, we also realized we needed professional assistance to get all of our products, customers, orders, and various data points successfully moved over from Lightspeed.

Beyond the technical part of the migration, no one on our team was quite design-savvy enough to handle the new website creation. We were able to give ITGeeks some ideas and inspiration, branding colors and images, and schedule a video call to choose a new template. Within just a few weeks, we were excited to log in and play around our beautiful, functional new site.

ITGeeks team has been with us every step of the way - communicative, friendly, quick, and kindly answering every silly question I had. I'm glad we went with them and I encourage others to do so, as well!

They have been responsive and quick to make any changes as needed

The company reply quickly, they outlined the project before we began. An issue cropped up and the immediately set up a Google meet to make sure we understood each other. They have been adaptable to changes as the project has gone on.
