They have an innovative mindset that is also detail-oriented to design a seamless user experience, which ultimately drives customer interactions and engagement.
Their offer to provide a tailor-made solution fitting to our brand and business needs.

What Users Like The Least

Only one weak point - a bit slow to reply sometimes if it was the weekend or a holiday. It didn’t do much to interfere with the flow of the campaign, but a little faster response time when someone is in dire straits would be nice.
At times, communication could have been more proactive, particularly in terms of updates on design revisions and project milestones.
Not a lot to complain about. If anything, a tad more training material or documentation on the CMS would have helped us in our internal onboarding, but they were always there to help when needed.

Their developers were very technically competent

The team was responsive, communicated well and took the time to understand our vision. They carefully explained the features and got creative contributing to the end product. I got my site on time and it gets total of all the amendments' I asked for. Their developers were very technically competent and their designers put together a design that perfectly reflected our brand.

We had a mission to erect a full featured website for our travel agency that would present tour packages, allow customers to inquire about a trip and even include booking functionality. We needed something pretty that was easy to use, represented our brand, and get people into destinations, booking trips and speaking with customer support.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The best part was that they believed in customer satisfaction. They were with us through the whole process, kept us informed & was very quick to resolve any issues. Their attention to detail, design flair and competence translating our inspirations to a working site was above and beyond.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The only feedback was that some requested initial features took an extended time due to back and forth clarifications. But they were prompt at addressing the concerns when we gave them more feedback, so that didn’t really affect the timeline too much.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The amount of creativity and qualification of their user behavior was remarkable. They turned complicated travel booking into seamless, fun user flows. We also really enjoyed how they were able to get results quick and were open to working with us in every phase of design.

Signing off the first design took a little longer than expected because there were some internal revisions.
